WHAT TO EXPECT
Your appointment will begin with a short discussion about how you're feeling, any areas of concern, and what you'd like to get from treatment.
If it's your first session, we'll spend a little more time discussing your medical history, any previous injuries, and any treatment you've had before. We'll also carry out a postural assessment before getting started.
Treatment is then tailored to your needs, whether that's focused work on a specific area or a more general session aimed at reducing overall tension.

If this is your first time coming to see me, this is the session to book. This 90 minute appointment includes full history, postural analysis and sports massage treatment.

If it has been more than 2 years since your last visit, you will require a reassessment. This 75 minute appointment include history update, postural analysis and sports massage treatment.

45 Minute Massage
Suitable for addressing one specific area of concern, such as the neck, or shoulders.

60 Minute Massage
Suitable for targeting a few areas of muscular tension, such as an upper or lower body focused sports massage.

90 Minute Massage
A longer session allowing for more in-depth treatment across several areas. Best option for a full body sports massage.

Best option if you’re wanting to keep on top of things with a regular maintenance massage.
